I executive direct and call the show, writing and organizing all cues, locking content, and keeping the show in check. But, let's be honest, stuff happens. People are late, a sponsor hands you a video to play 5 min. before show, keynote skips slides that throw off the cues, people accidentally do things out of order... and someone has to be in charge of making everything look like it went just liked we planned. That's me.

I meet with all stakeholders to review their role, assets, cues, and settings and put it into a clear, shared system that is our source of truth.
Keep all teams aligned.
I keep the client, venue, production, and stakeholders aligned. I ensure the venue doesn't use more labor than needed, the expectations are set and confirmed, and each role in production knows where to be, when, and what to do.
