WHY ITS CALLED
LILO RUNS THE SHOW
The name wasn’t planned. It stuck.
Over time, it became how I was introduced — in emails, onsite, and in the space.
“This is Lilo. If you need anything, she's the one that runs the show.”
“If you have questions, talk to Lilo. She runs the show.”
And when someone asked who was running things, the answer was always the same- "Lilo, she runs the show."
It wasn’t a title. It was a role I was already filling.
So the name stayed.

Hi, I’m Lyndsay. Most people call me Lilo.
This isn’t just my passion. It’s my purpose.
Everything I’ve done has been in service of this role — being in the room when execution matters, holding complexity with clarity, and making sure moments land the way they’re meant to.
From law school to fashion, to producing events around the world, every chapter sharpened the same instinct: how to lead calmly, decide quickly, read energy , improvise, and keep things moving when it counts.
Lilo Runs the Show is the natural result of that focus.

HOW I WORK
Embedded when it counts.
Sometimes I work through Doza Circle.
Sometimes I integrate directly into an existing team.
I meet with every stakeholder to ensure alignment and clarity, making sure the show runs the way it’s meant to and the vision lands.
